social software

this lecture today is talking about how social came about, starting from the origin to what the future might hold.

the lecturor mentioned about the studio group, and how the groupware (mindmiester) help solved the brainstorming problem... ha ha ha... the mindmiester worked pretty well... and another form of use came about... people started to  use it as an anomynous chat room, it ended up being so hilarious...

he mentioned the prison ___ theory... not sure what he was trying to get at, but it seemed rather interesting

st patricks day yesterday

last week, i've finished signing up to all the social websites, such as twitter, delicious, this blog and some other ones...

haven't moved much yet with the current assessments items, but it's slowing progressing

we're looking at cscw today... had a read about it before and it looks quite interesting
